That cylinder computer thing that Apple is building – you can get a Bono-approved version for somewhere in the $50,000 range next month at Sotheby’s.

In photos, it looks a bit like the red pill from “The Matrix.” But it’s not. It’s the new Mac Pro. In red.

The item will be up for auction on November 23 at Sotheby’s in New York City, as part of an auction hosted by (Product)RED, the charity fronted by U2’s Bono.
