NVIDIA released its GTX 970 and 980 graphics cards last year to critical acclaim and much fanfare. However, despite the exceptional price of the two cards, considering their high-end nature, the more budget-conscious side of the PC market was left out. Fortunately, NVIDIA hopes to remedy this with the much more affordable GTX 960 that will be launching soon, and the card’s specs have been leaked online.

With only a few days to go until its official launch the website Videocardz.com has leaked a collection of slides which shed some light on the specs for the upcoming Geforce GTX 960 graphics card. The card, which is made to fill out the gap between the hardest of the hardcore gamers and more budget conscious consumers, will reportedly come with 2GB of DDR5 memory, a GM206 1024 CUDA core GPU clocked to 1127MHz, and an effective memory speed of 9.3 gigabits per second. Standard outputs include HDMI 2.0, two DVI, and a single DisplayPort 1.2. A 6-pin PCI-Express power connector will be required for installation with the card being rated a thermal design power of 120 watts. Note, though, that third-party cards may change the layout of ports and the power drawn by the GPU.
