EA, often rated one of the worst companies in America, has recently began an effort to improve their public image. It’s for this reason that EA’s CEO, Andrew Wilson, has posted a genuine and transparent blog post apologizing for EA’s poor transition into the next generation and promising not only improvement, but compensation to its players.

On a blog post on Electronic Arts’ official site, Chief Executive Officer Andrew Wilson acknowledges the problems related to the company’s launch line-up on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 and outlines the steps it’s taking to fix them.
