Firefox OS gets first update

Techcrunch

October 9, 2013

The world of operating systems is much more encompassing than the browser world that Mozilla has lived in with their popular Firefox web browser. Their OS is growing up quickly with an update and plans to expand.

Mozilla’s HTML5-based open mobile platform Firefox OS, which bagged support from a raft of carriers at the start of this year as a low cost alternative to Android-based smartphones, is gearing up to launch in more markets.
