Apple recently made a deal with DoCoMo, Japan’s largest mobile carrier, to help boost iPhone sales in Japan. The company had previously suffered from subscriber loss due to lack of iPhone support. Now DoCoMo is offering attractive deals to bring in new customers and is creating an iPhone boom in Japan.
The Wall Street Journal reports that Apple is doing extremely well in Japan. So well, in fact, that Japan is now one of Apple’s fastest-growing markets.
