With Android phones moving up quickly in the marketplace, Apple is feeling the heat to be more than just the “cool” smartphone. They want to take back any marketshare they’re losing to Google.   1. Marketing is like always very strong at Apple, but I wonder how long they can keep it up against the videochat to social media. A great disadvantage of facetime.. it only works from iDevice to iDevice. Skype goes from multiplatform to Facebook and Gtalk 1.3 together with Google+ is also a device to web or web to web communication that is avialable to everyone.
