Salesforce.com and HP have teamed up to create “Salesforce Superpod”, a dedicated instance in the Salesforce multi-tenant cloud, which will run on HP’s Converged Infrastructure for enterprise data centers.

Following up a new platform dedicated to the “Internet of Things” movement, Salesforce.com is also ramping up its arsenal for converged infrastructures. The CRM giant has inked a deal with Hewlett-Packard, giving Salesforce a new partner in powering its cloud while helping HP continue to elevate its enterprise arm.
