Verizon get FCC approval to buy Verizon Wireless stake from Vodafone

Verizon has been working to gain complete control over Verizon Wireless buy purchasing Vodafone’s 45% in the company. Verizon has recently received approval for the $130 billion deal from the FCC.

Verizon is working to buy Vodafone’s 45 percent stake in Verizon Wireless for $130 billion, essentially ending the joint venture. Now, the company has recently received the appropriate approvals from the Federal Communications Commission to push forward with its acquisition.
